Wisecode Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Wisecode", "we", "our", or "us") operates CareDesk, WiseWare, WiseTask, and WisePeople. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data when you visit our websites or use our products, in compliance with the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), and applicable rules.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a demo request or contact form on our website, we collect:

• Full name and designation
• Organisation / hospital / company name
• WhatsApp / phone number
• Work email address
• City and team size (optional)

We do not collect any sensitive personal data (Aadhaar, financial account numbers, health records) through our marketing website forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To contact you via WhatsApp or email regarding your demo request
• To provide product information, pricing, and onboarding assistance
• To improve our products and customer support
• To send product updates and announcements (you may opt out at any time)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Form submissions are processed through Google Workspace (Google LLC) acting as a data processor on our behalf. Google's privacy policy governs that processing.

4. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain a prospect or customer, or until you request deletion. Demo-request data that does not result in a trial is deleted after 12 months.

5. Your Rights under DPDP Act 2023

As a data principal under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten)
• Grievance redressal within 30 days of your request

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

7. Cookies

Our marketing pages do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. The only external service called from our pages is Google Web Fonts (cached locally) and form submission endpoints.

8. ABDM & Healthcare Data (CareDesk)

CareDesk, our hospital management system, processes patient health data under separate Data Processing Agreements with each hospital client. Patient data is stored in India and is subject to ABDM Health Data Management Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to Wisecode's marketing website and prospect contact data, not to patient records managed within CareDesk.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
